This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules governing your use of the Strategy Cards service (the “Service”) provided by i-Solutions Global Limited. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions and applies to all organizations and Authorized Users using the free version of the Service.
This Policy forms part of the binding agreement between you and i-Solutions Global Limited. In the event of any conflict with our Terms and Conditions, this Policy shall prevail solely with respect to the use of the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy and ensure that all Authorized Users under your account do the same.
1. PERMITTED USE
You may only access or use the Service:
· In connection with your profession, trade, or business;
· If you are an Authorized User of an organization with a valid account;
· In full compliance with all applicable international, national, and local laws, including (but not limited to):
o The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018;
o The EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR);
o The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA);
o The Computer Misuse Act 1990 (UK);
o The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK);
o The UK Export Control Order 2008 and equivalent US export control laws including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and OFAC sanctions;
o Any applicable laws in your jurisdiction governing data privacy, cybersecurity, telecommunications, export control, and intellectual property.
This list is non-exhaustive, and you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable laws.
2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You and your Authorized Users MUST NOT:
2.1. Misuse the Service
· Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or structure of the Service;
· Copy, modify, mirror, duplicate, or create derivative works based on the Service or its components;
· Use the Service to develop competing software, tools, or services;
· Sell, rent, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise make the Service or any portion of it available to third parties.
2.2. Compromise Platform Integrity
· Access or attempt to access the Service using automated means (e.g., bots, crawlers, or scrapers) unless explicitly authorized in writing;
· Disrupt or interfere with the functionality, performance, or availability of the Service or networks connected to it;
· Upload or transmit any malicious code, malware, ransomware, or similar software, including but not limited to viruses, worms, Trojan horses, spyware, or time bombs;
· Attempt any form of penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security probing without our prior written consent.
2.3. Breach Data and Content Policies
· Upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, offensive, or defamatory in any applicable jurisdiction;
· Use the Service to harvest or collect personal information unlawfully;
· Submit data that you do not have the legal right to upload, including proprietary or confidential information belonging to others;
· Upload or process any special category personal data (as defined under UK GDPR Article 9) or sensitive data unless explicitly permitted under a separate agreement.
2.4. Violate Access Restrictions
· Share login credentials among individuals (credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable);
· Use another individual’s credentials or impersonate another user;
· Attempt to bypass authentication or gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or restricted areas of the Service.
· Re-use passwords across accounts or permit unauthorized access through credential stuffing.

· Use tools such as VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions.
3. CUSTOMER DATA RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for:
· Ensuring the accuracy, legality, and reliability of all Customer Data uploaded by you or your Authorized Users;
· Ensuring that such data does not infringe any third-party rights;
· Complying with data protection laws applicable to your organization and jurisdiction, including the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA.
· Not uploading any data that you do not have a lawful basis to process, including special category or sensitive data without written authorization.

4. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS
Where the Service includes AI-generated content, suggestions, or strategy recommendations, you acknowledge that:
· Such outputs are automatically generated and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs;
· You are responsible for reviewing and validating any such outputs before acting upon them;
· We provide no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality or applicability of these outputs;
· Such outputs do not constitute legal, strategic, or financial advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment;
· You use these features at your own risk, and we accept no liability for decisions based on AI-generated content.
5. ENFORCEMENT AND TERMINATION
We reserve the right to:
· Suspend or permanently revoke access to the Service for any user or organization that violates this Policy;
· Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities;
· Take any other action deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Service and comply with legal obligations.
· Provide you with notice and an opportunity to remediate non-material breaches, unless repeat or material in nature.
Upon termination of your access (whether by us or you), all rights to use the Service immediately cease.
6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, you must promptly notify us at:

7. FUTURE APPLICATION
While this Policy currently applies to the free version of the Strategy Cards Service, we reserve the right to apply the same or modified version of this Policy to any future paid tiers or Subscription Services, subject to updated Terms and Supplementary Terms where applicable.
8. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Any such changes will take effect upon publication at https://learn.i-nexus.com/strategy-cards-knowledge-base/acceptable-use-policy, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
