Our approach is built on recognized standards and continuously evolves to meet changing security and regulatory needs. 

Sub-Processors

    • AWS
      i-nexus uses AWS to host and operate its cloud infrastructure, including application services, data storage, and backups. Customer data is processed within region-specific environments with appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required. More information
    • Amazon Cognito
      i-nexus uses Amazon Cognito to manage user authentication and identity services. This includes processing login metadata and authentication tokens within secure AWS-hosted environments. More information
    • Keycloak
       i-nexus uses Keycloak for identity and access management within its platform. It processes authentication credentials and login metadata to enable secure user access controls. More information
    • Twilio
      i-nexus uses Twilio to provide multi-factor authentication (MFA) for Strategy Cards. Twilio processes limited user identifiers such as phone numbers or email addresses strictly for authentication purposes. More information
    • Snowflake
       i-nexus uses Snowflake as a cloud data warehouse to support analytics and AI-driven functionality. Customer data is stored and processed in region-specific environments with appropriate safeguards in place. More information
    • Jitterbit 
      i-nexus uses Jitterbit as an integration and ETL platform to enable data connectivity between systems. It processes transformed and integrated customer data as part of configured workflows. More information
    • Jira (Atlassian)
      i-nexus uses Jira, a service provided by Atlassian Pty Ltd, to manage software development, issue tracking, and internal service operations. Jira may process limited personal data such as user names, email addresses, and support-related information in order to deliver these services on behalf of i-nexus. Atlassian processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and provides contractual commitments regarding security and privacy. More information
    • ThoughtSpot
      i-nexus uses ThoughtSpot to provide analytics and data visualisation capabilities within its services. ThoughtSpot may process limited personal data, such as user identifiers and usage-related information, in order to deliver analytics functionality on behalf of i-nexus. ThoughtSpot maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and provides contractual commitments supporting GDPR compliance. More information
