How do I contact support in Strategy Cards?

Easily get help when you have questions or run into problems

If you need assistance with Strategy Cards, you have several options to reach support and track your requests:

Use the Help Icon (?)

  • On every page, you’ll see a question mark icon (?) in the lower-left corner.

  • Click this icon to open the help center

  • From here, you can start a new support ticket.

Use the Support Menu

  • In the left-hand navigation, click Profile.

  • Under Support, select Raise a support ticket.

  • This will open a link to create a new support request.

Chat with Ruby

  • The blue chat icon in the bottom right corner will open a conversation with Ruby, the Strategy Cards AI chatbot.

  • You can:

    • Ask questions about how to use the platform.

    • Get instant help for common issues.

    • Request to escalate to a the support team if needed.

Submit a Support Ticket

  • If you click Raise a support ticket, you’ll be directed to the request form:

  • Fill out the details of your issue.

  • Click Submit to create your ticket.

Track Your Tickets

  • You can view the status of all your open and closed support tickets at any time here:

  • This page shows:

    • Ticket numbers.

    • Current status.

    • Responses from the support team.

 

Tip:
If you’re not sure where to start, try asking Ruby first. The AI assistant can often help you faster than submitting a ticket.

 

Need urgent help?
If you have an urgent technical issue affecting your ability to work, submit a ticket and mention that it is urgent priority so our team can respond as quickly as possible.
