Learn how to edit card details, score items, add comments, and associate cards with other strategy elements
You can update and manage your cards in a few ways. Here’s how:
Edit Card Details
When you open a card, you’ll see its core information like name, description, and other fields.
To edit details:

Click the pencil icon in the top right of the card.

Update fields such as:

Description
-
URL
-
Products
-
Type (if applicable)
-

Save your changes.
Score the Card
Scoring lets you assess factors like market impact or readiness.
To update scores:

Click the graph at the bottom of the card.

Type in your score for each criterion (e.g., Ability to Execute, Vision, Market Share).

Your scores are saved automatically.
Tip:
The scoring panel also shows historical trends to track how ratings change over time.
Add Comments
You can collaborate with your team by leaving comments on cards.
To add a comment:

Click the speech bubble icon at the bottom of the card.

Type your comment in the field.

Press Enter or click Submit to post.
View the History
Each card maintains a log of updates and comments.
To see history:

Click the clock/timeline icon at the bottom of the card.

You’ll see a timeline of all changes and who made them.
This helps you track edits, scoring updates, and discussions.
Associate Cards with Other Items
Associations link your card to other strategy elements, like workbooks and playbooks.
To manage associations:

Click the network icon at the bottom of the card.

Here you can:

Add or remove Cards

Link to Card Sets
-
Include the card in Workbooks
-
Attach the card to Playbooks

This keeps your work connected and organized.
Tip:
Associations are especially useful when you want to reuse insights across multiple deliverables.
Manage Permissions and Ownership
If you are an admin or the card owner, you can update ownership and access:

Reassign Owner: Transfer ownership to another user.

Update Members: Grant or remove editing permissions.
Tip:
You can always see who created, updated, or owns the card in the Info tab (the “i” icon).
