Follow these steps to securely reset your password if you can’t sign in
If you’ve forgotten your password or need to set a new one, follow these instructions:
Go to the login page
Navigate to your Strategy Cards login screen.
At the bottom of the login box, click Forgot your password?
Request a reset code
You’ll see the Reset password screen:

Email: Enter the email address you use to sign in.

Click Send code.
Tip: Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see the email after a few minutes.
Enter your verification code
After you click Send code, you’ll see a screen asking you to enter the code that was emailed to you:

Enter code: Type the code you received.

If you didn’t get the email, click Request new code after waiting for the countdown to finish.

Click Submit.
Set your new password
Once you’ve verified the code, you’ll be prompted to create a new password:
Your new password must include:
✅ At least 8 characters
✅ Upper and lowercase letters
✅ A number
✅ A special character (e.g., !, @, #)

Enter your new password.

Confirm it by typing it again.

Click Save or Reset password to complete.
Tip:
After resetting, you’ll return to the login screen where you can sign in with your new password immediately.
