How do I reset my password in Strategy Cards?

Follow these steps to securely reset your password if you can’t sign in

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to set a new one, follow these instructions:

Go to the login page

Navigate to your Strategy Cards login screen.

At the bottom of the login box, click Forgot your password?

Request a reset code

You’ll see the Reset password screen:

  • Email: Enter the email address you use to sign in.

  • Click Send code.

Tip: Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see the email after a few minutes.

Enter your verification code

After you click Send code, you’ll see a screen asking you to enter the code that was emailed to you:

  • Enter code: Type the code you received.

  • If you didn’t get the email, click Request new code after waiting for the countdown to finish.

  • Click Submit.

Set your new password

Once you’ve verified the code, you’ll be prompted to create a new password:

Your new password must include:
✅ At least 8 characters
✅ Upper and lowercase letters
✅ A number
✅ A special character (e.g., !, @, #)

  • Enter your new password.

  • Confirm it by typing it again.

  • Click Save or Reset password to complete.

 

Tip:
After resetting, you’ll return to the login screen where you can sign in with your new password immediately.
