How do I report a bug or give feedback in Strategy Cards?

Quick ways to share issues or suggestions with the Strategy Cards team

If you discover a bug or want to share feedback, you can contact us in a few simple steps:

Use the Contact Form

The fastest way to report an issue or submit feedback is through our support form:

Submit a support ticket

What to include:

  • A clear description of the issue or suggestion

  • Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible)

  • The steps to reproduce the problem

  • Your browser and device information

Use the Help Icon (?)

You can also click the question mark icon (?) in the lower-left corner of any screen to start a support request

Chat with Ruby

In the bottom right corner, click the blue chat icon to open a conversation with Ruby, our AI-powered assistant.

  • Ask questions or describe your issue

  • Ruby will try to help or escalate to our support team automatically

Response Times

Once you submit your feedback or bug report:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number

  • Our support team typically responds within 2 business days

  • Critical issues (for example, platform unavailability) are prioritized and addressed as quickly as possible
